Walkthrough
After talk to Gammy Boggs (31.0S, 48.2W) and then Falco Greenhand (31.4S, 48.6W), head to southeast (32.0S, 47.9W) talk to Constable Bolger. Once you spoken to Bolger, protect Bolger from three waves of Blackwolds attacks. The mobs spawn from southwest, recommand you to head southwest meet the attack to take the aggro. That way you can ensure Bolger do not die. Better do this quest with at least one more player in the fellowship.
