Walkthrough
After talk to Atli Spider-Bane, go to the entrance to the cave in the ruins east of Archet town. You will find Bali's corpse and his journal just outside of the cave, but the journal is missing several pages. Go into the cave and search every cocoons for the missing journal. After that back to Atli Spider-Bane to receive your reward.
